Strategies to End Homelessness (STEH), as the Lead Agency for the Cincinnati/Hamilton County Continuum of Care (OH-500), is preparing to submit the community’s FY2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
In accordance with HUD requirements, STEH is publicly posting the FY2026 OH-500 CoC Application and Project Priority Listing at least two days prior to HUD’s application submission deadline.
The Project Priority Listing reflects the CoC Board-approved local review, scoring, prioritization, and project selection process and identifies the projects included in the community’s submission to HUD.
