Description/Special Instructions: This two-hour presentation empowers teens to build and sustain healthy relationships by exploring key components like respect, communication, boundaries, and trust. Participants will learn to recognize the difference between healthy, unhealthy, and abusive relationship behaviors, with a focus on fostering mutual respect and understanding. Interactive activities and real-life scenarios will help teens practice skills like active listening, effective conflict resolution, and setting boundaries. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped to cultivate positive relationships, navigate challenges, and seek help when needed.
