Description/Special Instructions: “The Housing Quality Standards and Lead-based Paint Training covers HUD’s minimum quality standards for housing leased with Continuum of Care program funds, or for which rental assistance payments are made with Continuum of Care program funds. The training will last for approximately one hour, with time for questions at the end of the presentation.”
