During this meeting, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) applicants who meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the HOPWA Applications will present their project applications. Funding recommendations for the City of Cincinnati’s HOPWA funding from HUD will also be determined during this process. Attendance is mandatory for all HOPWA applicants.
