The Cincinnati/Hamilton County CoC’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) is moving to a Shared System on September 1, 2024. All HMIS users are required to attend ONE of the HMIS Shared System Community Trainings on August 6, 2024, from 2PM-3:30PM OR August 21, 2024, from 10AM-11:30AM. This training will be an introduction to the HMIS Shared System and will provide a preview of what the Shared System will look like, an overview of changes to HMIS policies and documents, how to take a client centered approach to data collection, and ethical considerations in writing case notes. If an HMIS user does not attend one of the two trainings, their user access will be disabled as of September 1, 2024. Please contact HMISSupport@end-homelessness.org if you have any questions.
