The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires all communities to organize themselves into a “continuum of care” (CoC) in order to receive HUD CoC funding. This session will help attendees understand:
• The programs that make up our local Continuum of Care
• Where programs fit into the larger Continuum of Care system
• What programs are already operating within our local Continuum (Homelessness Prevention, Rapid Re-housing, Transitional Housing, Permanent Supportive Housing, Social Services Only)
