In this training, participants will receive a general overview of the Central Access Point’s daily operations and processes. Topics of focus include assisting callers in accessing CAP line services, the CAP intake process, and the screening and placement of callers.

This training will be offered via Microsoft Teams and is eligible for 1 CEU if you attend for the full hour and the evaluation is returned.
