The Office of Special Needs Assistance (SNAPS) recently announced the opening of the CoC Builds application process. The purpose of this NOFO is to add new units of PSH for individuals and families experiencing homelessness through construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation. There is $175million available through this process, however $65 million is available only for CoCs that are located in states with populations of fewer than 2.5 million people.
CoCs may submit 1 application per CoC however the application may include more than one subrecipient. The application is due before midnight on November 21, 2024.
